Áine McNamee - Team Graphical Design, Financial Manager & Resources Manager
Áine is in charge of looking after everything to do with design & graphics. She designs the templates for our presentations, team logos, website layouts etc. She creates a team Identity for our team which is then evident across all of our paperwork etc.
She also is in charge of managing our resources. She will get togehter all of the bits & pieces we need for the competition so that we can prepare it all then for the competition.
Also she will do our accounts, tracking our income & expenditure. She was able to liaise with certain teachers in our school in these areas and ************* to advise her on her designs.

Cathal Flattery - Marketing & Communications Manager & Manufacturing Engineer
Cathal is in charge of the Marketing & Communications side of the Team. He is in charge with getting in contact with suppliers and he will negotiate a deal with them to get the right parts, at the right price for us. He also will be our link to the media. He has written articles which have been published in midland's papers such as The Offaly Topic, The Offaly Express & The Offaly Independent. We have also published these articles online. We also secured an article with worldwide website PureF1.com. Cathal will be writing some articles for PureF1.com in the week building up to the competition. He is also constantly updating our social media on Facebook & Twitter.
As Manufacturing Engineer he is in charge of advising the team on the manufacturing constraints of the build. From the size of the Balsa block available at the Regional Level, to the size of the backdrop area at the Regional Finals. He also took onboard designing the Wheel & Axle structure of our car to complement his manufacturing role. He was able to liaise with the teams contacts in Mercedes AMG F1 & the Aeronautics unit of University of Limerick to maximise the design process.

Luke McVeigh - Team Manager & Head Design Engineer
Luke is the Team manager here at Radical Racing. It is his job to make sure everybody knows what has to be done, by what time it has to be ready and also to create the fun & innovative environment within the Team.
As Head Design Engineer it was Luke's job to design the race car. He had to work with the Solid Works CAD system to maximise the car Aerodynamically,Mechanically & also to reduce the weight as much as possible.
